My Tour Planner Terms & Conditions
- A tour package of your choice should be reserved 2 months prior to your date of departure. Changes in the itinerary can be made with the consultation of the traveling executive appointed to you.
- You must make a full payment to My Tour Planner for your reserved tour in advance. The payment should be done one month prior to the date of departure.
- Changes introduced in the itinerary from your side after the confirmation of the tour and payment will incur extra charges.
- My Tour Planner reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary under the pretext of any unforeseen circumstances, like political unrest, natural disasters, et cetera.
- If the tour is canceled due to any reason, the customer will be subjected to a certain amount of cancellation fee. The rates are determined according to the date of cancellation.
- If the tour is canceled 45 days prior to the departure, 0% of the total tour cost is deducted.
- If the tour is canceled 30 days prior to the departure, 10% of the total tour cost is deducted.
- If the tour is canceled within 15 days prior to departure, 20% of the total tour cost is deducted.
- If the tour is canceled within 1 week prior to departure, 50% of the total cost is deducted.
- If the tour is canceled within six days prior to departure, the payment made for the planned tour will not be subjected to any refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- From Date of booking – before 30 days : Cancellation Charge 20% of the Package Cost
- 30 -15 Days prior to departure : Cancellation Charge 50% of the Package Cost
- 15-10 Days prior to departure : Cancellation Charge 75% of the Package Cost
- 0-10 Days prior to departure : Cancellation Charge 100% of the Package Cost
The above mentioned cancellation policy will not be applicable during Peak season and blackout dates. The 100% retention charge will be applicable during these period.
