NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT – KALIMPONG (75 KMS / 03 HRS)
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport meet & greet, then transfer to Kalimpong (5,480 ft.). (Kalimpong town delights, relaxation, walking and trekking holidays, forest and flora exploration, bird and butterfly watching, Buddhist tours and meditation, River Rafting, Mountain Biking, and nature and Culture tours, or just a "relax and laze" holiday Nestling in the lush green mid ranges of the Himalayas, this hill station of "the Raj", has an incredible stunning backdrop of towering snow capped peaks). KALIMPONG SIGHTSEEING – GANGTOK (75 KMS / 03 HRS)
After your delicious Breakfast check out from Hotel. Enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong Visit MangalDham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills & Flowers Nurseries. After local sightseeing of Kalimpong receive transfer to Gangtok. Enjoy overnight stay in Gangtok.
GANGTOK - TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR – GANGTOK (55 KMS ONE WAY)
After a delicious breakfast at hotel visit Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Enjoy the evening at leisure. Shop around at M.G. Marg & explore the city on your own. Enjoy overnight stay in Gangtok.
Visit To Nathula Pass (14450ft): The road to Nathula passes through the Tsomgo lake. It is one of the highest motorable roads in the world and is richly surrounded by alpine flora. On a clear day you can even see the road winding down the Chumbi valley. Tourists are allowed to go close to the international border from where you can see Chinese soldiers on the other side of the barbed wire. Nathula is open for Indian nationals on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays.

GANGTOK SIGHTSEENG – PELLING (120KMS / 05 HRS)
After enjoying breakfast start for a half day trip of Gangtok city, covering Ranka Monastery Banzakhri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Dro-dul Chorten& Institute of Tibetology (maximum 3-4 hours). PELLING SIGHTSEEING
After a delightful breakfast start for full day sightseeing, In 1st Half tour - Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. After a delicious breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Darjeeling (6,710 ft). On arrival at Darjeeling check-in to hotel & enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Stroll in the Mall by your own. Enjoy overnight stay in Darjeeling.
DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Be a witness of the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kangchenjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak at around 4 a.m) at Tiger Hill early in the morning (subject to weather condition). Thrill yourself by visiting World famous Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on your way back. After a sumptuous breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday close), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view) , Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda and Ropeway (Ticket cost not included and directly payable by guest). In evening explore the Mall on your own & shop around. Enjoy overnight stay in Darjeeling.
DARJEELING – NEW JALPAIGURI STATION / BAGDOGRA AIRPORT (98 KMS / 03HRS)
After your breakfast check out from the hotel and take the departure transfer to New Jalpaiguri Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey with unlimited memory of North East Tour.
Booking
Your contract is with My Tour Planner. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to My Tour Planner.
Payments
For the services contracted, 40 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

- Any kind of insurance
- Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
- Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
