ARRIVAL BAKU (PANORAMIC CITY TOUR)
You are warmly welcomed by our local representative at airport and transferred to your hotel in Baku. Check in at Hotel. Proceed for Panoramic city tour. Highland park – Alley of Martyrshe National Assembly – also transliterates as Mili Majlis, Flam towers – the tallest skyscraper in baku. Baku Crystal Hall – an indoor arena in Baku, Azerbaijan. Located on the coast of Baku near National Flag Square, construction of the arena began in august 2011 – in time for it to host its first major event, the 2012 edition of the Eurovision Song contest. Walking through Baku Boulevard which stretches along a south- Facing bay on the Caspian Sea. It traditionally starts at freedom Square continuing west to the old city and beyond. Since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has vitually doubled the length to 3.75. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.
BAKU - OLD CITY AND BOAT TOUR
Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for city tour. Old city or inner city is the historical core of Baku, which is surrounded by walls were well protected. In 2007, the old city had a population of about 3000 people. In December 2000, the old city of Baku, Including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower, became the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Nizami street Known for Shopping. The streets history could be traced back to Baku town planning project of 1864. The streets run through the city downtown from west to east. Total length of the street is 3,538 m. Fountain Square is a public square in downtown Baku, capital city of Azerbaijan. The square was previously called Parapet and is often referenced to by the same name now. The name of the fountains square derives from the presence of dozens of fountains throughout the square first constructed during Soviet rule of Azerbaijan. Followed by boat tour in Little Venice. BAKU - LAND OF FIRE TOUR
Breakfast at Hotel. Drive to Fire Worshippers Temple – the most famous fire temple is the well – preserved temple Ateshgah (“the fire Place”) in Surakhany, the temple was built over a pocket of natural gas that fueled a vent providing an ‘eternal’ fire. (Entrance Included). Trip to “Fire Mountain”- “Yanardag” – a mountain on Absheron peninsula, 25 Km from north Baku. Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor. Yanardag is natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku. You can visit Genclik Mall which is 10 Minutes distance from city centre with Taxi. It is the biggest mall in Baku and contains over 80 stores, big bowling halls, the biggest movie hall, 3D cinema, playground for children, Bravo supermarket, VIP restaurants and food courts. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.
BAKU - NATURE OF GABALA TOUR
Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Gabala in the north-west of Azerbaijan. The distance up to Baku 225 KM (03 Hrs.). Photo break in Ismayilli forest. Nohur lake – it is located in Gabala, another region of Azerbaijan that one passes when travelling to Sheki. Lake is not on the way but if you go a bit deeper towards the mountains this beautiful view opens up in front of you. Excursions in Tufandag, winter – Summer tourism complex offers cable car rides at any time of the year, skiing on the ski tracks of different difficulty level, Ski training and ski school, catering service (café & restaurants), entertainment centers for Kids. Drive back to Baku. Overnight stay at Hotel in Baku.
BAKU - GOBUSTAN TOUR
Breakfast at Hotel. Gobustan – is best known for being the home to the famous rock petroglyphs. The area has been settled since the 8th millennium BC. It is known for hosting thousands of rock engravings spread over 100 square KM depicting hunting scenes, people, ships, constellations and animals. Its old petroglyphs date from the 12th Century BC. In 2007 UNESCO included the Gobustan Rock art cultural landscape in the world heritage list. A mud volcano or mud dome is a landform created by the eruption of Mud or Slurries, water and gasses. Several geological processes may cause the formation of mud volcanoes. Mud volcanoes are not true igneous volcanoes as they do not produce lava and are not necessarily driven by magnetic activity. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.
DEPARTURE BAKU
Breakfast at Hotel. Check out from Hotel. You will receive a departure transfer to Airport to board flight back to India.
Booking
Your contract is with My Tour Planner. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to My Tour Planner.
Payments
For the services contracted, 40 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

- Meals not mentioned in inclusions
- Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
- Any kind of insurance
- Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
- Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
