Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 :Welcome to Cochin, transfer to Munnar
Ignite your love at Munnar - Kashmir of South India, on the first day of your Kerala honeymoon trip.
Welcome to God’s own country. Upon arrival at Cochin Airport, our agent’s representative will pick you up for a drive through the scenic network of roads leading to Munnar - the first stop of your Kerala honeymoon itinerary. This hill station in Kerala is marked by vast expanses of lush green tea plantations, rivulets, colonial bungalows, gushing waterfalls and a pleasant weather.
En route, you visit spice plantations & Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls. On arrival at Munnar, check-in at the hotel and relax for a little while. The remaining part of the day is at your leisure, to spend as you like. End your day with a romantic dinner and a sound sleep at the hotel.
Day 2 :Sightseeing tour of Munnar
Witness the breathtaking views, hand in hand with your better half, as you go exploring Munnar while on your honeymoon in Kerala.
After a delectable morning breakfast, leave the hotel to enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Munnar, visiting Mattupetty Dam and Lake, Echo Point, Nursery Garden, Photo Point, Eravikulam National Park – famous for Nilgiri Tahr (Wild goat), Anaimudi Peak – South India’s Highest Peak and the Tea Museum.
The second day of your Kerala tour package ends with a visit to Munnar’s spice/tea trail in the evening. Enjoy your drive back to the hotel. A comfortable overnight stay at the hotel marks an end to another pleasant day of your honeymoon package to Kerala.
Day 3 :Munnar to Thekkady and the Jungle safari
The third day of your Kerala honeymoon package takes an exciting turn as you head towards the jungles of Periyar for a day.
Wake up to a beautiful day with your sweetheart and gorge on some delicious breakfast. Get ready and leave for Thekkady - the second destination on the itinerary of your honeymoon trip to Kerala. Enjoy the journey past mist capped mountains, spice plantations, lush green open grasslands, spectacular waterfalls & delightful trekking trails. On arrival, check into the hotel, and relax for a while.
Later, enjoy a jungle safari at Thekkady’s Periyar Tiger Reserve & stand a chance to spot exotic wildlife in their natural habitat. In the evening, explore the bustling spice market of Kumily village, as part of such Kerala honeymoon tour packages.
After an adventurous day, return to the hotel. You can opt for a romantic candle-lit dinner, or even an evening stroll with your beloved. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 :Transfer to the romantic Alleppey

After a hearty breakfast, proceed to the honeymooner’s favorite destination - Alleppey, a charming village on the Vembanad Lake, as per your honeymoon package for Kerala. Alleppey is known for its secluded backwaters, swaying palms, and floating houseboats.
Check into your houseboat and enjoy a delicious lunch on board as you cruise through the serene lakes, lagoons, and rivers. In the evening, enjoy candlelight dinner with your beloved on the boat.

Day 5 :Bid adieu with beautiful memories

Post a delicious breakfast, check out from the houseboat and leave for the port city of Cochin. Get transferred to the airport, bus stand or railway station.
If time permits, go shopping for some souvenirs in the local market as your Kerala honeymoon trip comes to an end, leaving you with some lovely and unforgettable memories of the time spent with your better-half.
Booking
Your contract is with My Tour Planner. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to My Tour Planner.
Payments
For the services contracted, 40 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

- Sightseeing in private cars
- Vehicle will be provided based on the itinerary
- All current taxes such as hotel taxes and transportation taxes
- Entrance fees at the monuments/ temples
- Meals not mentioned in inclusions
- Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
- Any kind of insurance
- Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
- Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.
